How do I log into C3 Classroom for the first time?
After enrolment is confirmed, you will be sent an email with details including your username, temporary password and password reset link. Please check your nominated email to retrieve your login details.
What device do I need to access my resources/course?
The C3 Classroom websites can be accessed from any digital device with internet connectivity and a browser. Google Chrome is recommended while using C3 Classroom for the best user experience.
Can I print resources from C3 Classroom?
C3 Education is moving towards going paperless. All resources available on the C3 Classroom are only available digitally.
If you wish to receive printed materials for your lessons, please contact front desk staff.
I forgot my username, what do I do?
Your account username has been generated on your behalf upon enrollment. Your username is firstnamelastname
e.g. JohnSmith
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click the forgot password button and enter your username (fisrtnamelastname)
A password reset link will be set to the email that you nominated during enrollment
For primary students – this the parent/guardian’s nominated email
For high school students – this will be the student’s nominated email
